We’re delighted that you’d like to become a Knowyn customer! Our software is built to help you get maximum value from the data that flows into your PMS every day. In a high-pressure dental environment, clinics can lose track of patients and risk both revenue and quality of care.

Why Knowyn?

We address this by providing smart features and reports that give you the right tools to optimize your clinic’s operations. All extracted data is anonymized, and only you have access to your own data in our online service.

Knowyn is already used successfully by thousands of dentists across the Nordics, from the smallest practices to larger dental groups.

What does it cost?

We charge only per clinician who provides patient care. This includes dentists, dental hygienists, and various specialists.

229 SEK excl. VAT / clinician / month

No other costs apply, and you can have unlimited users in the system (dental assistants, reception, management, etc.).

Billing is monthly in advance. Commitment period 12 months, notice period 3 months.

How do I become a customer?

In the next steps, you’ll complete an online form with details required for registration, security (incl. GDPR), and technical installation.

When you’re done, we’ll send an email with instructions for download, installation, and enabling access to your PMS.

The installation takes about 5 minutes. If you have any questions, contact your IT support or IT provider.
